TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. We sell second-hand used home appliances.
  2. We offer six months of free service and a one-year motor warranty only.
  3. If any parts are damaged in your product, the customer should pay for the parts, while the service will be free during the warranty period.
  4. Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
  5. For service-related issues, please call the service manager at the given contact details.
  6. Fridays and government holidays will be closed.
  7. Service call timings are from 11 AM to 9 PM, and we are closed on Fridays and government holidays. Customers can contact us the next working day.
  8. In case of service, a technician may take up to 72 hours to reach the customer’s place after the complaint is registered.
  9. Any exchange of products will take up to 7 working days to process.
  10. Exchange charges are Rs 500/- for any reason.
  11. Return policy: If a customer returns a product for any reason, only 50% of the billing amount will be refunded.
